About The Role

As the Quality Assurance Lead at YONDU INC., you will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes and ensuring the delivery of high‑quality software products. This full‑time role is based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, and is critical in supporting the Information & Communication Technology and Testing & Quality Assurance functions within the organization.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Developing and implementing comprehensive quality assurance strategies and test plans
• Leading a team of quality assurance professionals to execute testing activities across all development stages
• Identifying, documenting and tracking software defects, and working with the development team to resolve issues
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to define and monitor quality standards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Reviewing and analyzing test results to identify areas for improvement in the software development lifecycle
• Providing regular progress reports and updates to stakeholders
• Staying up‑to‑date with industry trends and best practices in software quality assurance
