Job descriptionOversee the end-to-end recruitment process : job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates. Prepare HR reports and analytics for senior management. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies. Ensure recruitment policies and procedures are followed consistently. Monitor candidate pipelines and hiring metrics to evaluate recruitment effectiveness. Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Salary : 60,000 - 65,000
Required Experience :
- AB / BS Psychology graduate
- At least 6 years of HR related work experience
- Experience in the end-to-end process from recruitment to employee separation (including onboarding and offboarding procedures).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Candidates with prior leadership experience are at an advantage.
