Compliance Officer - IATF (47665) - CPIP, Calamba

Salary : 25,000 - 30,000

With 2 Saturday schedules a month

Required Experience :

Candidate must possess at least a High School or Vocational Course in any field.

At least two (2) years of related working experience.

Must be proficient in both written and oral English / Filipino

With IATF certification is a must.

Preferably willing to handle legal compliance requirements of the company.

Knowing how to speak Japanese is an advantage

Job Description :

Monitor company systems and processes to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Conduct internal audits and risk assessments.

Develop and implement compliance procedures and guidelines.

Prepare compliance reports and maintain accurate documentation.

Coordinate with different departments to address compliance issues.

Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance requirements.
