Sr. Salesforce Developer - PH

ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Service Cloud to join our remote team in the Philippines.

This role involves developing and optimizing Salesforce solutions for business needs, working with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, deployments, and both backend and frontend development.

The developer will participate in agile ceremonies, stakeholder engagement, and technical planning while ensuring high-quality code, performance optimization, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.

While Service Cloud expertise is required, experience with Field Service Lightning (FSL) is highly desirable.

RESPONSIBILITIES In this role, you'll get to administer, configure, customized custom development in Salesforce.com (Sales, Service & Marketing Clouds) develop Apex (classes and triggers), Visualforce

have a BS / MS degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a Technical Discipline, or equivalent experience have 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer or at least 2 years as a Lead / Senior Salesforce Developer have strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud be proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL / SOSL have experience with Salesforce declarative tools such as Flows, Process Builder, and Validation Rules have hands-on experience with API integrations, including REST and SOAP, and middleware solutions have a solid understanding of Salesforce security , roles, profiles, and permissions have experience with Salesforce deployments, version control, and release management procedures have the ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently have strong communication skills for stakeholder interaction and business requirement discussions have the ability to work independently and collaborate within an agile team have a fully functional and up-to-date computer with which to perform duties be willing to install next-generation endpoint protection on the computer be willing to work in 6 : 00 AM AEST (Sydney) | 9-hour shift be a current resident of the Philippines and legally perform work from there be willing to take on a full-time, contract-based position    What separates the best from the rest..
