About the Job :

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Construction Manager to join our client's team and oversee the execution & delivery of site construction projects. In this role, you will lead all on-site construction activities from planning and risk assessment to monitoring progress and ensuring timely completion. You will coordinate with stakeholders, manage project resources and budgets, and ensure that work is delivered to quality, safety, and regulatory standards. Your leadership will drive projects from inception to completion, resolving blockers, adjusting schedules when needed, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field

At least 5 years of proven experience managing the development and / or construction of large-scale PV solar projects

Strong hands-on expertise in all phases of engineering design and technical issues related to solar PV power plants and major equipments

In-depth knowledge of construction, commissioning, project management, risk management, and contract administration specific to solar power plants

Solid understanding of budgeting principles and ability to design cost-effective solutions

Skilled in identifying project-impacting issues and collaborating with senior project managers to develop and implement timely, effective solutions

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients, contractors, vendors, local representatives, and other project stakeholders
