Recruitment Coordinator

JOB Description :

Responsible for job postings, sourcing freelancers, selecting qualified candidates from a pool of applicants

Gather all necessary information and verification of freelancers provided information.

Once passed with all criteria, endorse freelancers to hiring managers for an interview.

Keep an accurate record of freelance applicants' information, schedules and rates.

JOB Qualifications :

English Profient Oral and Written

Computer Literate (At least 35 WPM but orignially at 40 WPM)

Must be willing to work 12 hours shift, and shifting schedule

Graduate of any 4 years course or at least 3 yeards course

With Recruitment Exp

Acceptable Genders : Female ONLY

Training Period : 5 Days Mon - Fri

Training Allowance & Terms for allowance :

500 a Day for 5 Days and to qualify for the allowance withdrawal training candidates are required

to finish the 5 days of training period and noncompliance with the condition leads to disqualification for the allowance.

Job Offer :

After passing the training period Job offer will be 25k basic salary and after a month it will become 30k,

100 daily meal allowance.
