Job descriptionConduct risk assessments and ensure alignment with applicable regulatory standards. Collaborate with internal teams to align project goals with organizational strategy. Project Leadership & Execution Oversee engineering, procurement, and construction phases to ensure timely and quality delivery. Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining budget and timeline discipline. Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards. Stakeholder Engagement Maintain transparent communication across teams and partners. Build and nurture relationships with key external and internal stakeholders. Team Leadership & Collaboration Provide mentorship and technical guidance to engineering and operations staff. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work culture. Compliance & Reporting Prepare and review project documentation and compliance reports. Deliver regular updates to senior leadership on progress, risks, and milestones. Innovation & Continuous Improvement Stay informed on emerging technologies and industry best practices. Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Water Resources Engineering (Master's degree preferred). Professional certifications such as PMP or Water Treatment Operator are an advantage. Minimum of 5 years' experience in water infrastructure projects, with at least 2 years in a leadership or project management role. Strong understanding of water treatment technologies, distribution systems, and regulatory frameworks. Proven track record in managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. A role that allows for significant influence and decision-making authority. Collaborative and professional working environment.

Job Description
- Project Evaluation & Feasibility
Assess proposed water treatment and distribution projects for technical viability, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.
Lead planning activities including scope definition, budgeting, resource allocation, and scheduling.
Act as the primary liaison for project stakeholders including contractors, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
Supervise cross-functional project teams and external partners.
Ensure adherence to water treatment regulations and distribution standards.
Identify opportunities to enhance water treatment processes and distribution systems.
