Key Responsibilities :
A. Business Development & Lead Generation
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and
market research.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through active lead generation efforts.Conduct discovery calls to understand customer challenges, goals, and solutionrequirements.
B. Sales Execution
Present and sell software solutions to prospective customers using a consultativeapproach.
Conduct product demos in coordination with technical / pre-sales teams.Prepare proposals, quotations, and solution presentations tailored to customer needs.Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing deals.Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.C. Customer Relationship Management
Build strong long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers.Act as a trusted advisor by providing insights on product features, best practices, andindustry trends.
Collaborate with customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and highsatisfaction.
Maintain accurate and updated customer records in the CRM system.D. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing to support campaign execution and lead nurturing.Partner with technical, pre-sales, and engineering teams to deliver accurate solutions tocustomers.
Collaborate with finance and legal teams to finalize pricing, contracts, and compliancerequirements.
Qualifications Required :
Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Marketing, or related field.2–5 years of experience in B2B sales within the software or technology industry.Strong knowledge of software sales cycles (SaaS, cloud, customized solutions).Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Ability to understand technical concepts and articulate business value.
