Assistant Production Manager

Responsibilities :

Assist in planning and organizing production schedules based on customer orders and delivery timelines.

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure efficiency and adherence to standards.

Monitor production output, identify issues, and recommend solutions to maintain quality and productivity.

Support in training, guiding, and evaluating production staff performance.

Ensure raw materials and resources are available for uninterrupted operations.

Required Skills :

Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering

3-6 years of production or operations experience in textiles, nonwoven materials, polymer films, or similar industries

Proven leadership in a manufacturing floor environment

Strong troubleshooting, coordination, and communication skills

Knowledge of lean tools, production KPIs, and continuous improvement practices

Additional Notes :

This position will be working with material science and textile manufacturing company.

Working Set-up : Onsite

Mondays to Fridays.
