As our Business Development Specialist you will be a proven sales specialist, playing a key role in our growth and building relationships with our customers.
Essential to your success in this role will be an unrivalled ability to establish and maintain quality referral networks, as well as proactively serving the customer base and maintaining these relationships.
Responsibilities
- Closing sales from inbound and outbound phone calls (Leads provided)
- Closing sales from incoming emails and live chats
- Responding to Sales Account calls in a professional and timely manner
- Building rapport and data mining relevant customer information
- Making it Crazy easy for our customers to succeed online
- Logging Sales / Account calls and emails
- Providing excellent support and Best in World customer service
- Politely and professionally deal with all forms of sales enquiries
- Escalating serious issues and prioritizing these without any panic
- Sales and Technical Training and assistance provided
