Role Summary
The Sales Representative is responsible for identifying potential clients, building a personal sales portfolio, and conducting outbound activities. They assess customer needs, provide product information, and work closely with the Department Manager and team to meet sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
Handle sales calls and email inquiries professionally.
Generate new accounts and meet sales targets.
Conduct cold calls and share product information with prospects.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Maintain strong client relationships and grow the portfolio through referrals.
Manage customer accounts, update records, and handle documentation.
Contribute to team objectives and perform ad hoc tasks as required.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of college completed.
Outbound sales experience preferred but not required.
Electricity and gas industry experience is a plus.
Skills
Willing to work on holidays, weekends, and shifting schedules.
Professional, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented.
Strong multitasking, time management, and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication and phone presentation skills.
