Ad & Promo Supervisor (PR & Events)

The Ad & Promo Supervisor leads the creation and execution of advertising, promotional, and public relations initiatives to support product launches, events, and marketing campaigns. This role involves copywriting, strategic media planning, press relations, and event coordination to maximize brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop creative copies including event and promo titles, taglines, and catchphrases for marketing materials and advertisements.
• Design and implement strategic communication and media plans for product launches, events, promotions, and other marketing activities.
• Write, submit, and coordinate press release articles to generate publicity and maintain media relations.
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of all print ad tearsheets, advertisements, and placements to evaluate campaign reach and effectiveness.
• Plan, organize, and support execution of events and promotional activities, working closely with internal teams and external vendors.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
• Track and report on advertising and promotional outcomes to optimize future campaigns.
