Job descriptionDrafting and Reviewing Contracts : Creating, reviewing, and editing contracts, including vendor, customer, and employment agreements. Negotiation : Participating in contract negotiations to secure favorable terms for the organization. Compliance : Ensuring contracts comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. Lifecycle Management : Managing the entire contract lifecycle, from initiation to termination, including tracking renewals and expirations.
Shift / Region : EMEA / US
Requirements :
- 3+ years contract management experience
- Degree in business, economics, communications, etc.
- Project management, stakeholder collaboration, and analytical skills
- Experience with CLM tools (Sirion, Oracle, Adobe Sign CLM)
- Strong MS Office skills
- Familiarity with legal documents (MSA, NDA) and compliance (GDPR, SOX)
- Team-oriented with excellent communication and time management
- US working hours (8 : 00 PM 5 : 00 AM Manila Time)
