Strategic Planning & ExecutionDevelop and implement a comprehensive Luzon new account acquisition strategy aligned with the company's overall business and revenue goals. Conduct thorough market research to identify high‑potential industries, key target companies, and decision‑makers within the Luzon territory. Establish challenging but achievable sales targets and KPIs for the new business segment in Luzon. Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to continually refine sales strategies and tactics.
Personally lead high‑level, complex sales cycles from initial contact through negotiation and contract closure for strategic new accounts. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of new business opportunities and accurately forecast new account revenue. Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a small, dedicated team of Sales Managers / Account Executives focused on new client acquisition in Luzon. Implement best‑practice sales methodologies and processes to maximize team efficiency and success.
Act as the primary point of contact and relationship owner for prospective strategic clients and key local industry stakeholders. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to ensure new offerings and strategies are properly positioned for the Luzon market. Represent the company at key industry events, conferences, and networking functions throughout Luzon.
