• College graduate
• At least 2-3 years of BPO experience in insurance, healthcare, or financial services
• Spanish Bilingual, an advantage but not required
• Has previous experience with Hubspot and Google Workspace
• Amenable to work onsite in Ortigas and on a night shift schedule
