We’re looking for a Founder’s Associate who can support a fast-moving CEO across scheduling, communication, social outreach, and internal systems. This role blends classic EA responsibilities with light marketing coordination and operational support, making it a strong fit for someone who thrives in a dynamic, founder-led environment.
You’ll work across multiple companies, support day-to-day execution, and help keep communication, tasks and priorities organized. If you’re proactive, structured, and energized by working closely with leadership, this role will fit you well.

What You’ll Work On
Executive Support
Manage scheduling, calendars, meeting prep, follow-ups, and general coordinationKeep email communication organized and support inbox management for the CEOPrepare summaries, briefs, and notes to ensure clarity across priorities and tasksCoordinate logistics and ensure all commitments move forward on timeSocial Outreach and Community Coordination
Support social media outreach and communication across platformsHelp manage community engagement and outbound interactionsAssist with basic social media tasks, formatting posts, and organizing content queuesBusiness Operations and Internal Systems
Assist with general business tasks across the CEO’s portfolio of companiesMaintain and organize files, workflows, and documentation within Google DriveSupport task management and execution within Notion and other project toolsHelp structure and maintain internal systems that improve operational efficiencyCross-functional Collaboration
Work with leadership and key team members to ensure alignmentSupport ad hoc projects involving research, coordination, or vendor outreachProvide consistent updates and ensure information flows smoothly across teamsWhat You Bring
At least 2 to 4 years of experience in executive support, coordination, or operationsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized, reliable, and attentive to detailComfortable with Notion , Google Workspace , and modern productivity toolsStrong multitasking ability and comfort working with evolving prioritiesProactive problem solving and willingness to figure things out independentlyPositive, energetic work style that fits a fast-paced founder environmentNice to Have
