Job descriptionLead, supervise, and motivate a team of US Registered Nurses (USRNs), ensuring they meet performance standards and quality targets. Allocate daily tasks, set goals, and ensure timely and accurate completion of clinical documentation reviews. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages open communication, learning, and team development. Monitor team performance, conduct regular one-on-one meetings, and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement. Conduct team huddles, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities to ensure alignment with project goals and updates. Perform quality checks and audits on completed work to identify areas for improvement and provide guidance for corrective actions. Assist in the resolution of complex cases or discrepancies in clinical documentation by guiding the team through clarification processes or physician queries.
