The Project Manager oversees projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards, deadlines, and budget constraints. They act as the central point of communication between stakeholders, team members, and leadership.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Experienced in managing and overseeing a lot of different projects, contractors, communications, schedules, and deliverables at the same time.
2. Can lead the charge on keeping things organized and streamlined, making sure they are brought to completion.
3. Primary contact that will manage and oversee the contractors.
QUALIFICATIONS :
1. Strong leadership, communication both in written and verbal, and organization skills.
2. Minimum 1-year experience in project management.
3. Proficiency in project management tools.
4. Knowledge of project management methodologies
5. Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and risks.
6. Preferably knowledgeable with apple software like calendar, email, notes, etc. due to client’s personal preference is a must
7. Professional, detail-oriented, smart, punctual, and a team player.
