This position involves supporting the operations of multiple businesses within the beauty / personal care services and food & beverage industries. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for organizing schedules, managing administrative tasks, and helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all business units.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and organize daily schedules, calendars, and appointments
- Oversee administrative tasks and maintain structured documentation
- Prepare, update, and analyze spreadsheets using Excel or Google Sheets
- Assist with coordination across multiple business operations
- Handle email management, communication follow-ups, and reminders
- Support project tracking, task management, and deadline monitoring
- Organize files, records, and workflows to ensure smooth operations
- Conduct research, prepare reports, and assist with decision-making needs
- Maintain a highly organized and efficient work environment
Qualifications :
