Job Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies to meet business objectives within the financial services sector.
• Lead and manage ~50 people across Consumer Banking & Business Planning
• Create and develop new product offering leading analytics and product teams (strategy through execution_
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners.
• Oversee market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business expansion.
• Collaborate with other C-suite executives to align commercial strategies with overall business goals.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of commercial initiatives, implementing improvements as needed.
