Qualifications

• Experience in outbound prospecting : Proficiency in cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach to generate and qualify leads with 5 + years experience.
• Strong research skills : Ability to research target industries, companies, and key decision-makers to identify sales opportunities.
• Proficiency with sales tools : Familiarity with CRM software, lead databases, LinkedIn, and other sales and marketing tools for lead management.
• Effective communication skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills for scheduling appointments, confirming details, and nurturing leads.
• Data management skills : Experience in maintaining accurate lead databases, generating reports, and analyzing data to track performance.
• Team collaboration : Ability to work closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and support overall sales objectives.
