ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a highly reliable and detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Officer with strong experience in government bidding processes, including PhilGEPS registration and submissions. The ideal candidate will handle financial operations while ensuring full compliance with government procurement requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in finance and accounting.
• Hands-on experience with government bidding and PhilGEPS submissions (required).
• Proficient in accounting systems such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of BIR compliance, taxation, and statutory reporting.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills for coordination with internal teams and government offices.
