Head of Procurement

Summary

We're looking for a Head of Procurement to join one of the Big Four global professional services firms. This is a strategic, client-facing, and cross-project leadership role, ideal for someone ready to own an entire business operations and drive procurement transformation programs at scale. Relocation package available for those considering a move!

You’ll oversee the entire Procurement Functional operations, providing strategic direction, managing teams, building capabilities, and ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple client engagements. You’ll also act as a thought leader for procurement transformation programs, supporting top-tier clients in optimizing Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire Procurement Functional operations, including Associate Directors, Managers, and Consultants.
• Own end-to-end procurement transformation programs across multiple clients and industries.
• Provide expertise in Ivalua / Coupa / Ariba, and design functional solutions, oversee configuration, and guide teams through deployment.
• Drive capability-building, mentorship, and recruitment for the department.
• Partner with C-level stakeholders to provide advisory services and thought leadership.
• Support business development and presales initiatives, showcasing procurement expertise.
