Call Center Agent (Customer Service Representative)
Job Overview :
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents. You will be responsible for handling inbound and / or outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about our products and services.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns or complaints.
Document customer interactions and transactions in the system.
Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Meet performance metrics such as quality scores, call handling time, and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure excellent service delivery.
Qualifications :
High school graduate (college level or graduate preferred).
Excellent communication and active listening skills.
Basic computer and typing proficiency.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
Experience in a BPO or customer service role is an advantage but not required (for entry-level roles).
