Required Experience :

Graduate of BS Accountancy or BSBA Major in Accounting

Must have hands-on experience in AR monitoring and bank reconciliation

Good in oral and written communication skills

6 months and above of experience

Job Description :

Main responsibility is to monitor Accounts Receivable status / Cash Receipts of the company with detailed responsibilities as follows :

• Issuance and encoding of collections (Official Receipts / Acknowledgement Receipts) in the AR System;
• Extract the Statement of Accounts of clients for monitoring and preparation of Aging of Accounts Receivables on a weekly basis;
• Prepares monthly sales summary and cash receipt report as basis for VAT filing;

Performs monthly bank reconciliation to properly identify all cash receipts recorded in the bank record.

Performs other functions as deemed necessary
