JOB REQUIREMENTS

✨Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource or any related field

✨With 2 to 3 years’ experience in employee relations

✨Knowledgeable in labor laws and employment regulations

✨Amendable to work on site in Makati

✨Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

✨ Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, inquiries, and concerns.

✨Handle and resolve workplace conflicts, grievances, and complaints in a timely and fair manner.

✨Provide recommendations for corrective or disciplinary actions in alignment with company policy and employment law.

✨Collaborate with HR Business Partners or Legal teams when handling complex cases.

✨Prepare reports and present findings or recommendations to HR leadership.
