Office Staff- Open for Fresh Grad

Requirements : Female

2 or 4 years College Graduate

Fresh Graduate or with experience

Attentive, self-driven, and highly motivated.

Keen attention to details and meticulous in preparation of reports and other documents.

Knowledgeable in MS Office especially in Excel.

Flexible and can work with minimal supervision.

Willing to render overtime as needs arises.

Responsibilities :

Manage and organize office files and documents.

Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.

Maintain office supplies and inventory.

Assist with data entry and record keeping.

Provide support to team members and management.

Greet and assist visitors to the office.

Answer and direct phone calls.

Starting salary – 600 per day

Work Schedule – Monday -Saturday
