Job Summary : The Talent Acquisition Analyst is responsible for supporting and enhancing the recruitment process through effective sourcing, screening, and analysis of candidates. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, developing sourcing strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Analyst will play a key role in collecting and analyzing recruitment data to improve the overall talent acquisition strategy.
