What you'll be doing
Providing exceptional customer service to clients in the travel and hospitality industry by phone, email and chat
Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
Accurately documenting customer interactions and following up on requests in a timely manner
Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services
Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure a consistently positive customer experience
Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and practices
What we're looking for
At least 1 year of GDS experience. Sabre GDS is a plus.
At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role, ideally within the travel or hospitality industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and empathise with customers
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
A positive, patient and resilient attitude in high-pressure situations
