Sales Assistant (Lead Generation)

This role will help expand the business by identifying and qualifying new opportunities in the body jewelry market. It also involves maintaining accurate customer records in our systems and ensuring the proper assignment of sales representatives to studio leads. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, thrives on process, and is passionate about the body art industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Conduct targeted outreach to identify prospective body piercing studios using online research (e.g., Google, Instagram).
• Collect and input key studio data including :

o Studio name and location

o Piercer contact information

o Website and Instagram handles (studio & piercer)

o If assigned, move on to the next lead.

o If not assigned, update or create the lead according to SOP guidelines.

o Ensure proper record type and naming conventions

o Update email, phone, and social handles

o Assign to correct territory sales rep per the regional map

o Add applicable brand(s) in the "Lead Generation" field
