Working closely with hiring managers and partnering with the HR team, you will help optimize our recruitment process, ensure a positive candidate experience, and uphold our commitment to exceptional hiring standards.

Responsibilities :

• Talent Sourcing & Outreach :
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles.
• Utilize job boards, social media, professional networks, and other resources to identify and engage potential talent.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Candidate Screening & Assessment :
• Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, facilitating clear communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Evaluate candidates through phone screens, interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
• Candidate Experience Management :
• Provide an outstanding candidate experience by guiding applicants through the hiring process and ensuring clear, timely communication.
• Manage candidate expectations and address questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaboration with Hiring Managers :
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, position requirements, and team dynamics.
