Sales Support

Duties & Responsibilities

• Support the Area Sales Manager and National Sales Manager.
• Promote the company’s diagnostic product portfolio and manage customer accounts.
• Secure account receivables and ensure timely collections.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
• Handle clerical tasks : remittances, approvals, expense reports, itineraries, and bookings.
• Assist in deliveries and in collecting documents such as POs, contracts, and other files.
• Prepare bidding requirements and perform additional tasks assigned by management.
