Amenable to work onsite in Makati

Key Responsibilities

Consolidate updates to company rules, regulations, and policies

Handle daily administrative tasks related to Employee Relations and other HR functions

Assist the HR Manager in addressing employee concerns, violations, and disciplinary cases

Plan and implement programs that promote employee welfare and engagement

Manage and maintain accurate records for all Employee Relations activities
