Key Responsibilities

Commercial Review

Review pricing models, billing schedules, and commercial terms.

Confirm financial structures match contract documentation.

Flag discrepancies or missing components.

Data Accuracy

Enter commercial and financial terms accurately.

Validate cross-system consistency.

Record Management

Maintain commercial term archives and audit-ready documentation.

Support cleanup and record optimization.

Process Optimization

Recommend improvements for commercial review workflows.

Assist with building SOPs for capturing commercial terms.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Coordinate with billing, finance, and operations.

Clarify unclear contract elements.

What You Bring

2+ years in finance, pricing, accounting, or commercial analysis.

Strong spreadsheet and documentation skills.

Exceptional attention to detail.

B2 / C1 English proficiency.
