Job description

1. Marketing Strategy

Plans & implements marketing strategy, including advertising and public

relations.

Organizing promotional events and coordinating day-of deliveries and staffing.

Leading and training teams of Marketing Associates.

Reviewing current marketing campaigns for weaknesses and developing

solutions within budget constraints.

Analyzing website click-to-purchase conversion rates and the effectiveness of

promotions to determine what drives sales.

Identifying potential new markets and creating a plan to enter those markets

Partnering with product development and buying teams to estimate product

demand

• Brainstorming fresh advertising ideas with senior management

Disseminate and monitor Marketing Promotions.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS :

1. Bachelor Degree in Business or Marketing management or equivalent

2. Seasoned professional with significant experience and hands-on knowledge of sales

and marketing. He / she must have a good understanding of market dynamics, growth

opportunities and potential pitfalls in the market.

3. Must have experience in strategic planning and execution; planning market strategies,

advertising campaigns and knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and revenue

expectations, contracting and negotiations.

4.Strong communication (oral and written) skills, (know how to

speak Mandarin, English)

5. Excellent analytical, interpersonal, leadership and entrepreneurial skills

6. Ability to take initiative and work independently, proactive personality

7. Ability to interface with partners and leverage on internal research resources

8. Motivated, sales-minded and able to close business opportunities

9. Understands customer requirements with passion to grow and develop the business

10. Basic knowledge of computers and software including ability to use e-mail, word

processing, spreadsheet software, power point

Salary Rate :

Negotiable to 30,000 to 35,000.00
