ABOUT THE ROLE :

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead the execution of a world-class ground-mounted Solar Power Plant (PV) project. The successful candidate will oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring timely, safe, and high-quality project delivery for one of the largest solar farm power plants being developed. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and hands-on experience completing large-scale solar farm projects. (We are hiring 5 individuals for this role.)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Lead, supervise, and manage all construction activities for the Solar PV project, ensuring alignment with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Oversee site teams, contractors, and subcontractors; ensure efficient resource allocation and productivity.

Drive daily project execution, monitor progress, and resolve operational issues to avoid delays and maintain cost discipline.

Conduct routine site inspections to ensure compliance with engineering designs and construction methodologies.

Implement strong safety practices and uphold a culture of compliance and accountability on-site.

Coordinate closely with engineering, procurement, QA / QC, and project management teams to ensure smooth workflow and consistent project updates.

Support commissioning, handover, and final project completion activities.

Prepare and submit regular progress reports to project leadership and stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS :

At least 3 years of experience constructing and completing ground-mounted Solar Power Plant or Solar Farm projects (required).

Preferably a Licensed Civil Engineer.

Proven leadership and people management experience, with the ability to supervise large cross-functional site teams.

Strong understanding of construction methodologies, site management, and EPC project execution.

Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Willing to work onsite in Nueva Ecija.

Willing to accept a project-based employment term.
