Position Title : Administrative & Scheduling Coordinator
Work Set-up : Work From Home (PH-based)
Salary : Php 40,000 – Php 50,000
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 6 : 00 AM – 3 : 00 PM PHT
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative & Scheduling Coordinator to support a dynamic Australian trades and services company. This role requires strong phone communication skills, the ability to manage complex scheduling, and a keen eye for operational detail. Responsibilities as an Administrative & Scheduling Coordinator :
Customer Communication (Phone & Email)
- Speak directly with Australian homeowners, tenants, and property managers
- Make outbound follow-up calls for quotes, bookings, and service updates
- Handle urgent inquiries, delays, and ETAs with confidence and professionalism
- Deliver clear, warm, and solution-focused communication
Scheduling & Technician Coordination
Build, maintain, and adjust daily technician schedulesOptimize routes and handle last-minute changes effectivelySend booking confirmations and reminders via email / SMSTrack job progress and maintain up-to-date recordsAdministrative Support
Update CRM job notes and customer profilesCreate and send quotes (training provided)Prepare internal reports and maintain documentationSupport with general administrative duties as requiredQualifications as an Administrative & Scheduling Coordinator :
Must-Have Experience :
Minimum of 1 year in admin, scheduling, dispatch, or operations coordinationDirect phone experience handling Australian customers (homeowners, tenants, real estate / property managers)Proven experience in service coordination including booking, updating, and rescheduling techniciansExcellent spoken English and professional phone mannerProficiency with CRM systems, job management tools, and Google Workspace or Microsoft OfficeReliable work-from-home setup with stable internet and a quiet environmentStrongly Preferred :
Experience with trades-based scheduling (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical, telco)Background in real estate or property managementAbility to prepare quotes and reportsCalm and effective under pressureWhy Join Boomering?
