Job Requirements :

✨ Open for Fresh Graduates and Undergraduates

✨At least 1-2 years of work experience in CSR role is advantage

✨Experience working in BPO company is a plus

✨Willing to work fully on site at graveyard shift

✨Amenable to start as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities :

✨ Respond to customer questions via phone call, messages and email

✨ Assist customers with order placement, billing inquiries, and service requests.

✨ Verify customer identity and update records securely.

✨ Provide accurate information about products, services, and account details.

✨ Ensure entries are clear, complete, and accurate.
