Quality Assurance Supervisor

Manage overall quality control of manufacturing process.

Establish and enforce quality control standards and procedures for packaging, labels, and sticker production.

Monitor all stages of production, from raw material inspection to final product delivery, to ensure compliance with specifications.

Ensure adhesion, print accuracy, color consistency, and durability of stickers and labels meet company and client expectations.

Conducts investigation on customer feedbacks regarding material issues and provide corrective actions.

Directs and monitors activities of Quality Control Staff to ensure that all functions support company objectives to deliver quality products

Ensure compliance with ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices for packaging and labeling.

Ensures that all employees comply with the implemented standard performance.

Set KPIs for the QA team to measure and enhance performance.

Identify areas for improvement in production processes to reduce waste, defects, and customer complaints.
