We are seeking an energetic and highly motivated Junior Recruiter to join our on-site team. In this role, you will play a key part in building our talent pipeline through active sourcing, thorough screening, and effective candidate management. The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience, strong communication skills, excellent research abilities, and a dedication to providing a positive candidate experience. This position is responsible for managing the full recruitment process, from posting job openings to supporting new hires through the onboarding transition.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing and Candidate Generation
- Conduct active headhunting through CRM tools and major job boards such as Indeed
- Post job openings and engage candidates through direct messages, cold calling, and social media recruiting
- Update the database and open new positions as needed
- Reach out to past candidates who may now meet updated requirements
- Answer chat questions and inquiries during work hours to provide a personalized experience
Screening and Evaluation
Handle inbound calls and promptly contact new applicantsPerform phone pre-screens and full screenings to confirm qualificationsUse assessments and targeted questions to evaluate applicantsVerify resume details and complete phone-based reference checksInterview and Onboarding Coordination
Plan, schedule, and confirm interviews to reduce no-show ratesCommunicate key company information to applicants and send timely post-interview feedbackNotify HR and Training teams when a candidate is selected for hireAssist new hires in completing Background Checks and provide clear guidance for onboardingRetention and Administrative Support
Call current caregivers to check on satisfaction and identify shift concerns, then relay feedback to the franchise ownerComplete administrative tasks as assigned using Microsoft Office tools such as Word and ExcelMaintain consistent follow-up with candidates throughout each stage of the processWork schedule -Monday to Friday, within this range 7AM – 9PM Pacific Standard Time (PST)
Requirements
At least one year of experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition specialistWilling to work on-site at JY Mall Lahug, CebuFluent in English at a C1 to C2 levelWilling to work the night shiftBilingual skills are a plus
