Job Description :

Maintaining and upgrading software applications.
Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions.
Ensuring system security and stability.
Assisting in the development and implementation of new software features.
Communicating with developers, users, and other stakeholders.
Performing system backups and data recovery tasks.
Documenting software bugs and solutions.
Assisting in the integration of software with other systems.
Providing general support and performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications :

Strong understanding of various software applications, operating systems, and networking concepts.

With at least 2 years of experience as an Application Support Engineer

Ability to analyze complex technical issues and identify effective solutions.

Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal.

Knowledge of Advanced Encryption Standards (AES).

Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing software environments.
