Strategic Growth & Opportunity Development
- Identify, assess, and evaluate new business opportunities aligned with the company’s strategic goals across construction and real estate segments.
- Conduct due diligence, market research, and competitive analysis to determine feasibility and business viability.
- Lead the development of business proposals and investment memoranda for executive review.
Financial & Commercial Management
Oversee preparation of feasibility studies and financial models to support decision-making and capital investment initiatives.Collaborate with Finance and Strategy teams to forecast revenue, profitability, and project payback scenarios.Drive negotiations, commercial terms, and closure of contracts and deals with partners, suppliers, and stakeholders.Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration
Work closely with Project Development, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and other support teams to ensure successful execution of business initiatives.Establish strong relationships with government agencies, industry stakeholders, and client partners.Business Planning & Execution
Develop and implement short- and long-term business development strategies and annual growth plans.Monitor project pipeline and ensure timely delivery against milestones and KPIs.Team Leadership
Build, manage, and mentor a Business Development team.Foster an organizational culture of collaboration, accountability, and performance excellence.Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or related field; Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.Minimum of 8 years' experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, or Corporate Planning, preferably in real estate, construction, or infrastructure development.Proven track record of originating, evaluating, and closing commercial deals.Strong capability in financial modeling, market feasibility analysis, and due diligence.Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.Demonstrated leadership experience managing direct reports and cross-functional teams.Strong commercial acumen, analytical thinking, and strategic vision.#J-18808-Ljbffr
