Job Description
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Manage and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase store sales and customer engagement.
- Ensure proper inventory management and merchandising standards are met.
- Monitor financial performance and prepare regular reports for management.
