Position Summary :

Primarily responsible in the implementation and monitoring of the Updated Master Development Plan (MDP) of the Clark Civil Aviation Complex (CCAC); in facilitating the integration of the Clark Freeport Zone (CFZ) Design Standards and Guidelines (DSG) with the CCAC's Locator Development Guide (LDG), and other pertinent planning and building guidelines applicable particularly in estate management and environmental sustainability; in the provision of analyses and recommendations on various types of data such as socioeconomic, demographic, administrative or political boundaries, land use, land cover, environmental, and infrastructure; in preparing terms of reference for developmental projects; and in representing CIAC in external meetings related to development plans and projects.
