Job Overview

We’re helping our client find a Fractional CFO to own the financial clarity and cash flow strategy of the company . The CFO ensures the business grows fast without running out of cash — turning financial data into strategy, forecasting, and decision‑making that drive confident scaling.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed financial models projecting growth, margin, and cash requirements.
• Plan inventory payments, tax payments, forecast liquidity, and manage cash conversion cycles.
• Partner with the CEO to set budgets by department, analyze spend, and forecast outcomes.
• Track contribution margins, AOV, ROAS, MER, CAC : LTV ratios, and provide insights for scaling decisions.
• Deliver monthly financial dashboards with P&L insights, cash runway, and actionable recommendations.
• Oversee high-level tax and accounting accuracy across the business.
