Job Requirements :

Open for undergraduate / high school graduate.

With at least 6 months experience in customer service in a BPO set up.

Amendable to work onsite in Cebu IT Park.

Amendable to work as soon as possible.

Job Descriptions :

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person

Resolve customer complaints, issues, or concerns in a timely and professional manner

Provide accurate product, service, or account information

Maintain customer records and update databases as needed

Escalate complex issues to senior staff or relevant departments
