This is a remote position.

Work Schedule : Monday -Friday, 10 am-2 pm | New Zealand Time

You’ll work directly with the Marketing Manager on strategic initiatives, including database management, email marketing, and outreach campaigns. Responsibilities :

• Source and build targeted databases for lead generation using various tools and platforms
• Execute cold outreach campaigns following established processes and best practices
• Set up and manage email newsletter campaigns and automated sequences
• Clean, organize, and enrich lead databases using AI tools and data processing systems
• Support general marketing operations and administrative tasks
• Follow detailed processes provided for all lead generation and data management activities
• Collaborate on campaign planning and execution with the marketing team
