Internship Role : Project, Product & Operations Management

In this role, youll gain real-world experience in managing projects, developing internal processes, and improving product workflows , all while playing a key part in shaping how M365Connect scales its operations .

What Youll Be Doing :

Project & Product Management

• Assist in defining project scopes & objectives to improve our recruitment operations.
• Help in process automation & workflow optimization , leveraging AI and digital tools.
• Work on task prioritization & resource allocation for ongoing projects.
• Support in product development efforts , identifying ways to enhance our recruitment solutions.
• Collaborate with UI / UX teams to refine internal dashboards and tracking tools .
• Contribute to market research & competitor analysis for strategic product planning.

Operations & Business Management
