⏰ Work Mode : Work From Office

💼 Role : CSR / Customer Service Representative

Salary Range : 24K – 28K

What You'll Do :

 Customer Service Excellence : Provide top-notch customer service,

ensuring a positive experience for every interaction.

 NEMT Coordination : Efficiently coordinate NEMT services,

including scheduling, routing, and dispatching.

 Prior Authorization : Secure necessary prior authorizations for

NEMT services, adhering to strict guidelines and timelines.

 Paratransit Scheduling : Schedule transportation for paratransit

passengers, taking into account their specific needs and preferences.

 Disruption Management : Address and resolve any transportation

disruptions promptly and professionally.

 Quality Assurance : Maintain high-quality standards by adhering to

established procedures and recommending improvements.

 KPI Performance : Meet and exceed key performance indicators

(KPIs) to ensure optimal service delivery.

 Continuous Learning : Stay updated on industry trends and product

knowledge through ongoing training and development.

 Attention to detail and accuracy.

 Collaborative approach and willingness to work as part of a team.

Other Requirements :

 Final Interview : Candidates must be willing to come in the

office when they reach the Final interview stage.

 Amenable to work in shifting schedules, holidays, graveyard shift

and weekend if required.

 Fresh graduate / No CSR experience is ok – willing to be trained
