JOB QUALIFICATIONS :

 Graduate of BS Nursing

 Preferably with license

 Knowledgeable of mandated DOLE compliance

 Proficient in MS Office

 Organized in documentation and medicine

 Good in oral and written communication

 Knowledgeable in triage and emergency cases

RESPONSIBILITIES :

 Provide emergency treatment in the workplace

 Assist employee for consultations and medical examination

 Monitoring of HMO

 Filing of SSS sickness and other mandated health benefits

 Organizing employees’ annual physical examination

 Validate medical certificates of employees and recommend

 Make assessment report regarding illnesses and accompany the patient during

emergency situation (transfer to ER.

SALARY RANGE : 18k – 25k

BENEFITS : Government Mandated benefits and HMO

WORK SCHEDULE : 8 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM

WORK LOCATION : Angeles, Pampanga
